Reliable Moving and Packing

I called in the early morning hours way before they were open. I was surprised that they even answered the phone especially considering I woke the guy up. I needed last minute moving help (unloading my 15' U-haul into my moms new apartment) I had called several companies and left many messages but since he answered I told him the truth of the matter....I was desperate and the first to respond was going to get my business. He took the job, showed up before I did to the apartment and had my moms stuff moved in her apt quickly - including bed frame/head board set up. He even put my moms new license plates on her car for her. To be perfectly honest moving my mom from California to Kansas was a nightmare with a host of things going wrong. This was the one thing that didn't go wrong and it was important because it was the portion of the move that my mom would be present for. What she saw was a professional moving team handling her stuff with care and providing exceptional customer service. If you look up my history of reviews you'll see I'm not very wordy. But Reliable Moving and Packing came thru when I needed them to and I'm eternally grateful. Thanks guys!

No. Called and man answered very tired just saying Hello. Asked me how much my budget is. I said I'm calling to get a quote and compare costs. He said 'I charge as much as most moving companies do. $115 an hour or so and I've worked for every moving company in the city. Trucks will run ya about $45-50', 'why don't you just gather all your quotes up and call me back'
Obviously he is not looking for work . And the phone call was not handled professionally. Moving to the next.

These guys were awesome and moved my stuff so fast I was so surprised how low their rates were as well

These guys not only had great customer service but got everything moved in a quick and safe manner! Not a single scratch on my furniture, and their rates were a lot lower then I was expecting to pay with the local competitors. ??
