I hired Brightline moving and storage LLC for interstate move from NYC to KS. I paid $1439. They contacted/brokered with a the moving company Reliable Moving Services LLC. They picked up my furniture and personal belongings. Our contract had 30 days free storage and then delivery to Kansas 10-17 days after that. I paid an additional $1580 at pickup. Unfortunately until now I didn’t receive my shipment. I contacted Reliable Moving Services LLC numerous times. They stopped replying to my texts, emails and calls. The last time I heard from them was a 9/8 saying they are trying to find a rental truck to load my shipment. Due to the lack of communication, I do not know if my shipment is safe. I contacted Brightline moving and storage LLC as well since they were the original company I signed with but they did not get back to me. I just want my delivery can you guys please give me my belongings. Also here are pictures of the poor packing by the movers and the mess they left behind.

Update: my belongings were delivered late and completely destroyed. TV, dining table, and many boxes missing. They had a flood in the warehouse and didn’t move things for a month. They never reimbursed me for the damages despite the insurance. They called and said if I delete this review they will give me my deposit back which is not even 5% of the value of destruction. Here are pictures. Save yourself the heartache and hire someone else.
