So easy to get set up, flexible choices of units but the star of the show was Kelsoe - gave me a great welcome, got me a trolley to move my huge box and got me settled in beautifully - way above and beyond. Impeccable service - highly recommend!!

Upon move-out I needed help getting into my unit and there was no one available to help. The movers were there and were being payed by the hour. No one answered the phone for over 45 minutes. Finally a maintenance guy came upon us and made some calls.

I already had a storage unit at the Bainbridge facility but needed a second small unit. I was dreading the hassle of signing up for the new unit but Kelso did the paperwork in what felt like seconds, I signed and paid in a matter of minutes. She also looked for a discount and applied it for me. Then I went to the new unit and found a welcome bag with a new lock! The hard plastic cover had already but cut open so no hassle getting into it either! Kelso’s idea. She was cheerful and truly nice. This storage place is great!!

Reliable Storage personnel key the location well cared for and are friendly and helpful all the time. They also have to make sure storage units are well and properly secured.?
