It was easy to reserve and then get the storage unit. The lady who helped was very nice, polite and very helpful. The unit is clean and nice price compared to other places I looked at.

Review:
We moved from Public Storage to Reliable Storage. So far we have 0 regrets about it. The rates at Reliable Storage are fair, they also offered us a free moving truck for a day, a free security lock for our unit and provided us with amazing customer service from Sarah and Julie through the entire process. This feels like the storage facility I rented previously before moving to Bremerton. Very customer oriented and it seems like they want to keep their customers long term.
