Just wow I was very impressed I'm very hard of hearing and we did it over the phone my granddaughter helped and Julie was aahsome.. I also dealt with Sarah and she was very helpful as well and everything went like she said it would I took two loads to the storage already this evening and everything went smooth.. super nice facility I was recommended my gentleman named Frank can't remember his last name but I can get it for you later I believe he helped build the storage units in Kingston and Silverdale believe his company name is Talbot construction.. a big thank you too Julie and Sarah

Today was a good experience overall I’d like to think the lady who helped me she made it convenient and were free. Thank you again.

Not sure what the constant stomping is about, but the tennent sure makes it unpleasant to visit my unit.
