Reliable Storage

When this company changed hands, they lost customer emails and essentially locked reliable paying customers out. They did not notify me of any of this. They have NOT answered their phone and they have NOT responded to voice messages for us for 3 days in a row. You certainly never want a non-responsive company like this if you yourself ever get in my spot — arriving from out-of-state with limited time and absolutely no response for 3 days!!!

The units all flood and leak. Do NOT leave anything here that can be damaged by water. I was okay with the conditions since the prices were good but they recently were purchased by a new company and now my 10x10 unit went from $65 a month to $100 plus a $5.99 'convenience fee' for debit. For 100 bucks a month, they should NOT BE LEAKING WATER. Please avoid this place.

Edit: So far it has been 24 hours since I sent an email to the address they gave me and I've gotten no response. All I have gotten is the standard copy and paste reply to my review....which is almost funny since they used another reviewer's name instead of mine... I did send them a copy of my original storage document stating the original price of $65 a month for the 10x10 unit. Now I just have to wait and see what happens.

Change ownership and didn't informed customers that it had changed owners.

Ot says to send the money order to Florida, how do we do that when their going through a hurricane and a evacuation?

Neither phone number works, no one in office, can't get into gate with even the proper code.
