Reliable Storage

STAY AWAY!!!!! THESE UNITS FLOOD!!!!!!! and the roofs leak like a sieve!!!! After the rain we got this past week this entire storage facility was flooded with over 6 inches of water!! None of the management, the owners, or Larry bothered to place a phone call to any of the tenants advising them to come check their belongings as the property had flooded! I just happened to come by to put some stuff in, when I opened the door and realized that everything in our unit was a total loss seeing that it had been four days since the units flooded and no one was advised! The gentleman a few units down was laying out his belongings in the driveway to try and dry them out, when he got his phone and called Larry to find out why nobody was told about the flooding. Larry‘s comment When questioned , was, “Why should I call anybody“… Then proceeded to tell the guy that it was not his problem and basically to deal with it! Additionally You cannot even pay your bill online for convenience, you either have to mail a check or physically come to the location and put it in the box if you are even a day late your code is changed and you are locked out this is absolutely the worst storage facility Montgomery County or in Texas for that matter, I would stay away!!! Do not even think about renting here!!!
