Reliable Transfer Corporation

When my furniture arrived my original moving company destroyed my furniture. When Reliable picked it up and brought it to my home. They took pictures and tried to fix what they could. Gently moved in what had not been broken. The loss was so extreme and all my family heirlooms were destroyed. Reliable was so kind they went after the moving company for me and we were able to recover a substantial amount back to replace things that could. They have a heart of gold and even though it was a bad move I ended up feeling relieved that someone besides my family cared enough to go that extra mile. Thank you Reliable your truly were reliable!

Terrible they damaged a package and took them almost a year to pay me back, good luck getting a manager or the owner always out of office had to go to actual office 4 times to finally get my check. Terrible company.

Movers were on time, pleasant, and efficient. Cost was reasonable.

They sent 5 guys, one of which was just the driver. Of the 4 guys left, I watched as only 2 really did any work. I watched the other 2 literally carry a single 8x8 throw pillow and other single small items in. They damaged a $700 TV that is irreparable. They put a “floor” cabinet on the top shelf of the closet in one of the bedrooms. They stacked a large tote on top of a small box and repeated that process multiple times. I was encouraged to file a claim for the damaged TV so I did. I talked to Tanya several times on the phone and through email. The manager Roger was either out of town or just not in and he never returned any calls and no response to my claim. It has been 3 months and I just called over there and Tanya was of course “in a meeting” and Roger was of course not there. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy. I was very kind in all of my interactions with all of the staff. I have recently become very frustrated by the lack of simple respect and courtesy of just communicating with me and giving me some kind of update rather than just flat out ignoring me. They are horrible. Also, I should have listened to the locals here in Juneau who advised against using Reliable Transfer and shared similar horror stories.
