This company gave me a quote that was $4,000+ less than two other national movers I contacted. And I attribute that awesome quote to the great customer service I received. Diane has years of experience and after I told her all about my move and my budget and after she did a virtual walkthrough, she used everything in her “toolbox” to bring that quote down for me as low as possible. I talked to her a lot (at least seven times) and she was delightful to work with. She knew the answers to all my questions and even taught me a few things about the art of moving. Our experience was a good one Ashmeed our driver was great, stuff got from NYC to Florida a lot sooner than anticipated and he was able to skillfully maneuver his semi into our gated community in Florida no problem! The relocation consultant Tierra from NJ was also excellent very personable, super friendly and always answered any questions and returned calls! She always made sure things were running smoothly. I also used them to move the car 1200 miles and that went great they used a third party acme who also delivered sooner than expected. Yes, would recommend.

From receiving the quote to having our items delivered across the country, the experience was excellent. All staff involved, from the relocation specialist to the office staff and movers on both ends, were professional, courteous and responsive to questions even after the initial signing. There was no pressure. The schedule remained on target and our items were delivered within the time frame we were promised. I would recommend Reliable/Allied for a big cross-country move.
