Reliable Van & Storage

Reliable managed the move of my 860 sq ft 1bed/1 bath apt from Austin, TX to NYC beautifully! They gave me a fairly priced quote for such a large and complicated move and everyone from the movers, the person managing my move, to the person that gave me my quote were so professional, incredibly helpful and informative. The only person that was not very professional as the third party they hired to dismount the TV for my wall so my only suggestion to Reliable/Allied Van Lines is to take additional steps to vet the professionalism and quality of service of third parties hired to help. Otherwise the move was so seamless, everyone was very communicative and I will definitely use them for all my moves! Thank you reliable!

We had a move from NJ to South Carolina that went great. Mark Halama, the driver, was a pleasure to work with. Despite an unprecedented snow storm in SC, he was on time with no issues. John, who unloaded us in SC was great, even shoveled the driveway. The 3-person crew in NJ was quick and efficient in loading us up. The estimated cost came in on target.
In addition, Bill Jackson in sales was on-point with the estimate and provided helpful suggestions. Jessica Lindner, the coordinator, kept us updated the whole time. I would highly recommend Reliable.
