Our move was scheduled weeks in advance with the promise that we could adjust the schedule as the moving date approached. The move was completed over two days with two different moving crews. Both days were a success. Both teams that worked with us did an outstanding job. They worked well together and had great interactive personalities and a sense of humor!
Don Winstead had given us an estimate of the time it would take as well as the hourly rate. He was within 1/2 hour of the actual time it took. One can tell that he has done this a few times! He kept in touch with us over the weeks leading up to our move to be certain we were on the same page. He was available no matter when I called him. He assured us that our move would go well and he delivered on his promise.
Needless to say, Chris and I have been extremely pleased with our experience with Relocate and Decorate Moving Services. Were we to move again we would not hesitate to use Don's services. We will recommend him to others without reservations!!
