Atrocious. Overcharge, lie, misquote and damage everything. DO NOT USE.

As every full review here states... this company is THE WORST. They are scammers and should be put out of business. I moved from PA to AL in July 2014 and it was the 3rd worst experience of my life... and I'm a cancer survivor. They provided a quote from the nicest guy over the phone. Set-up a date for pick-up and then never showed up. They turn the story around on me, rescheduled, showed up with a truck too small for all my belongings and blame me. My price goes from $5200 - $7600 - $$11,800 once loaded. Once they have your belongings you are at their mercy. NEVER SIGN THE SMALL PRINT ON THE BILL OF LADEN. My friend who handled my move on the PA end did sign. $.60/lb is what it states you get. Then in dealing with the settlement company they're in cahoots with they don't even offer you that.

They left behind 3 large pieces of furniture because their truck wasn't large enough so I had to spend more money to rent a cargo van to load and drive myself to Alabama.

Same story as other reviewers on the guys asking for tips. Even writing on my bill of laden as $300 being due them. Guys unloading on the other end want another $500 because of the stairs they need to climb to get to the front door.

Leather dining room chairs stacked by twos and only taped together arrive with dents, wholes poked in them, tape marks. Several boxes never arrive. I receive 3 boxes of someone else's belongings. A giant 100lb adirondack chair not on the truck. Antique french side chair has a leg broken off. Broken dishes. An office box with a Roledex in it with 20 yrs worth of contacts... gone.

Talk till I'm blue in the face to the most condescending fraudulent guy on the phone who basically just mocked me and got no resolve.

Horrible horrible company. They should be sued. They deserve ZERO stars.

Horrible corrupt company. Total scam. They completely botched every aspect of my move from NYC to LA from price changes, fraudulent charges, stolen, broken and missing items, late and no show movers. Do not use this company.

All these review's where they receive more than 1 or 2 stars is a blatant lie.

They overcharge and steal your property (The property they don't break during the move)

Use anyone else but them, save yourself the money and the headache.

They are currently getting sued by several unhappy costumers, this should tell you everything. To piss someone off beyond the point of writing a bad review and to the extent of hiring a lawyer to sue them.

This company was a pleasant surprise to me after using far too many less than reputable local moving companies. They only charged me what they said they were going too(by the hour), and did not “low ball” the estimated time like so many other moving companies do. The icing on the cake was the 3 gentlemen they sent to me. Clean, friendly, accommodating, and extremely efficient. Not to mention I could actually communicate with them.

I just really felt like they truly delivered on their promises, and I got a great bang for my buck. Thanks again!”
