These guys were a life saver! Had an emergency, had to store stuff in 8 hours! Even though it was past the time, they went above and beyond!! They had a storage container right in front in 35 minutes!! And I can't believe how clean!! I will definitely recommend them!! Thank you so much!!

I was dealing with the unfortunate task of selling my house after my beautiful wife passed away and needed a box delivered right to my door, the people at my Cass City Rent-A-Box delivered that and two dumpsters as well as rented me a small fixed storage unit for the remainder of my belongings! I give them one star for doing the job I paid them for! I did not give any more stars due to the fake and impersonal manner in which I was treated, having to deal with the loss of my wife was a big stresser and keeping my sanity through that was difficult so a few payments were late, I feel the staff having known would have cut me (a long time hometown resident) some slack....yet they treated me like a criminal!! I understand business is business yet sometimes we should use our better judgement on certain things over that of company policy!!!! For the record I paid exactly what I owed, I will never use their services again and will go out of my way to imforming anyone looking to NOT use them!!!!!!
