Rentacrate

The company postponed my crate delivery twice without notification before a time-sensitive move. I had to cancel and make other arrangements at the last minute.

Phenomenal experience. Crates were dropped off on time at my apartment, then picked up on time from my new home. It was so easy to book, schedule drop off and pick up. It was incredibly convenient AND sustainable. What more could you want?? I was nervous the crates wouldn't be clean but they were. I wiped down the inside myself just in case and there were nothing to clean. The additional material like the tv cover, mattress cover, bubble wrap, and tape was also a great offer. I will use for all my moves and recommend to friends.

Awesome concept + stellar customer service. I had questions about the rental process that were quickly answered, and the pick-up and drop-off staff were INCREDIBLE. I moved from a third floor walk up and was fully prepared to take the crates up on my own a few at a time, but the delivery guys were adamant about carrying them up for me. They let me carry one dolly. The pick-up guys were great too- all the staff I spoke to and interacted with were kind and respectful. Hopefully not moving again soon but will rely on rentacrate when I do.

One thought- moving a from a one bedroom to a one bedroom, there was no way I would have used 20 crates, which was the recommended amount. It was easy to downsize to 10, which was plenty.
