Rental Truck Help LLC Moving Labor Only

One star is more than they deserve. Scheduled movers with this company one month prior to our move. Received a confirmation and thought everything was good. Being planners, we reached out on Monday the week of our move to ensure everything was still all set for the upcoming Friday.
We were told that although they were still 'planning on it' they had 2 staff members on quarantine until Wednesday and due to rising Covid numbers they would be requiring their mover to wear masks for any jobs. **not an issue, we understand taking precautions**, followed by a 'we're not sure that we want to do a 3 story move anymore, maybe you should look elsewhere'. **this is where our issue stems from** We were extremely caught off-guard and shocked. We had provided the specifics of our move at least a month prior and had been told it was no issue. Instead of reaching out to us to let us know they may not be able to proceed with the job, they waited for us to contact them again. Had we not been the planners we are, we would have made it to moving day and found out morning of that we had no help.
Extremely unprofessional. If you want peace of mind, I would not recommend. Total lack of communication on their part.

I was simply trying to find a company that would load my rental truck for me. I went through a 3rd party site to do this. The site found Rental Truck Help LLC, and they declined my order saying that I had already booked with them when I hadn't. Using a 3rd party app to find someone can be confusing and I have been getting a million calls and emails all day. I had no intention of double booking them. Instead of them calling me to try and figure out what happened, they sent a nasty email back as if I was trying to get over on them in some way. Totally ridiculous! That is poor customer service. I was just trying to get my truck loaded. Why would I double book with the same company on purpose? I had not committed anything to anyone yet so I am confused why they would say that about me. I had already given my credit card information so again... why would I double book? SAD. The message they sent back is as follows:

Rental Truck Help LLC ( Moving Labor Only )'s reason: We already had a time for this customer. And they went and booked amother time on another platform which is here. We are not going to do this job. Please find them another company. Cant double book and diff platforms. Just best to find them different movers thanks.

By far the worst company I have ever experienced super unprofessional.. Tony the crew leader talks down to his crew mates constantly... try to make up stuff so their employees can't have days off.... was told I could go see my sick grandmother in hospital then next day get told I was no call no show and I apparently quit which left them in a 'bind' so they decide to deduct 100 dollars off my pay illegally... this company is the worst do not hire them unless you want to deal with a crew leader who drinks on the job and breaks your belongings

Booked 12 days ahead of my move. It was a pod job. They loaded that all the way up front to back. BOOK THESE GUYS!!! If I could give them 10 stars I would. I had an upstairs with a long walked and they did not complain in Texas heat. I already told my neighbor who is moving. These guys are Pro's all the way. I'm booking them for my unload when new house is built as well.

After looking to hire some helpers I found this. I was able to rent my own truck from Budget and hire these Gentlemen. If I only known I could have done this with my past moves. Great Experience. All moved in and can enjoy the Holiday weekend. Very impressed. I could go on but we too have to get to a BBQ.
