Rental Truck Help LLC Moving Labor Only

My last movers didn't show up, so I called these guys. Lifesavers I tell you. They were able to come at short notice the very next morning. If I could give more stars I would. They ended up doing better then my loaders on the other end of job out of town.

Thank you Chris. Very good job. Best movers I have had. We used them to Load a pod. I underestimated how many pads it would take. I didn't have enough of my own but I was able to buy 35 off them during the job.

Worth every cent. Davy was the crew leader. They really know how to load. Wrap and stack. They used every inch. He confirmed the night before everything went as planned. I understood the policy that we actually never booked anywhere else. We did it all direct. He stated that if we had book elsewhere other then direct we would have to re-book after a cancel, that they do not have a window to keep the job. We did not go to a booking site. We used these guys direct. Otherwise we would have had to pay a deposit fee. This was the easiest stress free move we have had. Sounds like the guy below paid, cancelled then expected them to show. Now I know why I booked direct. No issues with another booking agent. I will be using them again for the unload in a few months for the container.

Wish i could have given this unprofessional company 0 stars. PLEASE PLEASE do not book these guys especially if you are not going to go through Hire a Helper. I am still awaiting a call or a reply to let me know that they would not be able to get my job done. I initially booked this waste of a company through hire a helper then went to their website to see if they were legit. I noticed a note saying book directly through them to save. I then cancelled my booking through hire a helper and went directly through them. On the day before my move someone called from the company to confirm my booking scheduled for 7am the following day. I was up at 5:45am on the day of waiting on these guys to show up. I called, emailed, texted just to come up with a voicemail that said it wasn't set up to take messages and no replies to text or emails. I gave them until 9:30am where i was left scrambling to find movers to load my POD storage. I then had to go through hire a helper where i found a company called Efficient Movers, hands down professionals. Maybe this waste of a company can get in contact with them and find out how you conduct business. Again you guys get 0 stars, and you are not suppose to be conducting business. I usually don't do the whole reviews thing, but it's my civic duty to ensure this unprofessional company does not create any further heartache to people trying to move which is already a stressful situation in itself.
