Republic Moving and Storage

The movers arrived when expected for both pickup and delivery. I appreciate the communication from the driver. They were polite and courteous. This was my first time having used long distance movers, usually we do it ourselves, so I was nervous. It was all easier than I anticipated.

I would like to share that I was very impressed with Jessica and her professionalism. Thank you and I appreciate all your help!

they not only have no regard for the time frame but they show up whenever they feel like it. get ready to be woken up to move.. cause they showed up HOURS not 1 but HOURS BEFORE the move time to move us. then huff and puffed the entire move. ALSO the line where they say you wont be charged the quote just what they actually move is a PURE lie. we moved over 14 boxes ourselves and didn't use their boxes mind you and we were still charged the full quote. oh and forgot to mention we also sold a bunch of things and were still charged the same. how can it be the same price when a ton of stuff wasn't packed or moved? then took 3 attempts to get them on the phone and all we received back was $100. sucha joke. and the sad part is.. this was a referral from one of the owners daughters.. so if im being treated this way cant imagine how just a regular customer would be treated!

They were the highest bid for moving hoping I would get a better experience, however, I was very dissapointed! No coordination before the move, estimator lied about services, even when If followed up via email and questioned the contract. Movers were a family of four but only ONE was decent, broken items, missing items, lots of scratches on my furniture, and LOTS of attitude. Really not a good experience.

The team was extremely careful with all our goods (like it was their own stuff) and took extra care to not hurt either our furniture or either of the residences (move out & move in) involved. We appreciated their entire effort from beginning to end!
