Republic Moving & Storage

Scheduled a virtual consultation for a quote. After waiting for 20 minutes for them to call me for the consultation I called them. They apologized and said they forgot to put it in their calendar. They offered to reschedule me in an hour. I declined and decided to go with a different moving company who wouldn't forget to put me in their calendar.

I booked a move with this company three months in advance. They guaranteed me my move date was on the calendar, we signed contracts and they took my deposit. They then called me the day before the move to reschedule it to the following week. I checked in with them multiple times leading up to the move date. I was always reassured the dates were firm and I had nothing to worry about. However, this was not true!

I can not say enough how completely unacceptable my experience with this company was. Do not trust this company with your move! Do not do business with them if you really need a company to show up as committed.

Only positive about this experience was the customer service representative Lindsay. She really did all she could do to help us and I could hear in her voice how horrible she felt about leaving me without any options to move on the dates agreed. Hopefully she gets a new job and leaves this horrible company.
