My 83 year old mom moved out of her house into a 1 bedroom apartment. The entire process went more smoothly than I could have dreamed. From the beginning Jennifer listened to my mom's wants/needs and every step of the way was in full communication with her and my siblings. She broke things down into doable steps for my mom/us to complete. Move in day was amazing-- everything was arranged/put away so when we walked through the door Mom was walking into her beautiful new home ready to start her next chapter. I highly, highly recommend Resettle Me--it's worth every penny spent.

I ADORE this company and the service they provide. I have used ResettleMe 3 times in the last year. First was last July moving my parents from their 3 bedroom villa in OP to a one bedroom apartment in senior living. Less than 3 months later my dad passed and I was forced to move my mom to assisted living closer to me in LS and they were there to help us through such a difficult time and made the transition smooth. I used them for the 3 time today to move my mom from a one bedroom in assisted living to a studio apartment down the hall and with their amazing service we had her all set up in a few hours. I can not thank Jen, Angela and the team for their level of professionalism and how much they care for their clients. I could not have made 2 of the most difficult transitions for my parents without the kindness, organization and support of these ladies. I would recommend them to anyone and I do it all the time.

I was faced unexpectedly with having to move my mom from Kansas City, Missouri to Atlanta into an assisted living community while I continued to work full-time. Peggy & Jennifer at ResettleMe were so professional and helpful in every way. They are very experienced and have a 6th sense about what to include, beyond the list of items I gave them. Their communication behind the scenes and with me made this endeavor extremely easy which is what I needed and allowed me to continue working and looking after my mother who is staying with me during the transition. I can't say enough good things about their service. They handled all the packing, hired the movers, acquired the moving cubes/pods, and coordinated all of this with me and the Atlanta contact to facilitate the move-in to my mom's new home. Job well done. I highly recommend their services without reservation!
