Showed up when they agreed they would and moved the full load almost 2 hours away, and moved it into a storage unit!! Very polite and clean!

I worked with Travis and Ryan and they were great! They arrived on time and got to work. We were finished in the estimated time and they were careful and efficient! 10 out of 10 would work with them again and highly recommend! The pricing was more than fair!

I don't even know where to begin, well yes I do: START with Responders Moving and Storage as your moving solution from the GO! Ely worked with me (beginning on a Sunday morning!) after I had some bad luck dealing with another local company, and also getting mixed up in the national moving brokerage scam somehow, BEWARE of those folks and stick with Ely!

Worked with me closely and in direct constant communication while I was in underwriting for a home loan -- even trusting me for a week to procure the funds because my loan company was wary of me using Venmo and wanted everything in writing and drafted checks! This was 5 star already at this point!

DO NOT BE HESITANT OF THE COST INVOLVED!

When the guys arrived they were ready to roll! They had my expensive computer desk and expensive tv equipment packed with love, my totes in ol' Grandma's attic and rest of the stuff out the door in under one hour... my whole house was unpacked in less than 2 hours. Obviously results will vary, but I was overly impressed and it was well worth the money!

One of the most honest business people I have met. EVER. It's like he's purposely trying to set the standard to SHOW how the standard is to be set. Ely could have ran off with my check but he didn't even cash it until weeks later and the move was done!

But wait, there's more! Service after the sale goes a long way, and well in a move sometime you forget to factor things in. Ely was again willing to meet me halfway to ensure that my move: My forever move, was a huge and total success. I highly recommend Ely and Responders to any Maine Veteran as well, they are respectful of your Service.
