John was fantastic to talk with over the phone, scheduling was efficient and easy. John is both professional and friendly and has a sense of humor I appreciated. I left a voice mail with a question about the glass shelves in the two curio cabinets prior to the move and received a prompt and professional response from Denise (I believe I have her name right.) The team was familiar with Concordia on the Lake where we were helping our mom move. The movers were careful with breakable/fragile items, were efficient and professional. Randy and Alex (I believe I have their names right) were a good team, had different levels of experience and worked well together to get the move done in the expected/estimated amount of time. Rates are reasonable as well. All items arrived safely and in the same condition. I recommend Retirement Home Movers.
