Door E does not open using the app, it comes up in the app, but when you click on it it does not respond. Defeats the whole purpose.... You have to go to the main entry and walk all the way around to your unit and open the access door from the inside. It's like pulling teeth to try and make a payment just to keep from getting locked out from your stuff....

I own a business and use this storage unit for my rental items. I went to get them out yesterday for an event that was using them today and my lock did not work. I decided to wait today to visit the office since nobody has been answering my calls. I checked in twice and no one was there at 1PM and 4PM when I was told when renting the unit that someone would be there from 9-5. I have placed 6 phone calls throughout the day getting the voicemail every single time. I had to cancel my rental and reimburse the client money. BUT DONT WORRY they made sure to process my rental payment this morning even thought I can’t get in.

10/10 John was amazing and service was incredible. I’ve recommended Rhino Storage to multiple friends!

Responsiveness, lock and security monitoring systems, cleanliness and peace of mind. When I did have any trouble with the automated lock system, the response time was nearly instant. While I thought the price was a bit high compared to the competition, I also think the factors listed above far exceed the competition as well.
