Frankly I was disappointed! The one mover complained about his back killing him the whole time and how he “does not do that for a profession normally!” The other mover looked like a complete rookie, and both of these guys were huffing and puffing the whole time. The actual price came out to be $475 over the estimate! That’s because according to the owner “we worked overtime several hours.” My answer to that was, “if they were experienced, they would not have to work the overtime hours and would’ve got it done hours prior!” The bottom line is that they were not professional movers and I paid the price!

Rich and his team were extremely professional. They moved everything, and I had a surprisingly large amount of stuff. Handled my 70' TV with no problems. Nothing scratched, broken, missing. No mess in the house. Absolutely fabulous experience. I would call him again in a minute.

They moved my upright piano twice and my husband's once so far in the last 4 years. I don't trust anyone else but Rich to get the job done. He's my go-to guy.
