They came today to move my boss the 3 men who came was super nice worked really hard and fast

Absolutely the worst experience ever. Had a move scheduled for August 2 2022 at 9:00 am. Got a call from Lisa on July 30 confirming the date and time. Everything was set up, so I thought. August 2 no one shows. Tried calling the office, no one would answer the phone. Left several messages, no call back. My wife actually drove to the office. They were listening to my voice mail. Found out they had no body to work. Didn’t even have decency to call and let me know what was going on. How ignorant is that? They left me stranded.

I have used Richie's several times, most recently last November with moves and they have always been very professional but also friendly and nice. They are so efficient, always asking how you would like things and very reasonably priced. I would not use anyone else and continually recommend them.
