Rickey's Gold Country Moving

sloppy and unprofessional and we paid a lot $$ upfront of course! for this abuse-wrecked our expensive king mattress, lawn furniture and household items. Never wrapped the mattress even though they brought mattress covers! Packed breakable items loose, unwrapped in boxes then thrown in van of course lamps and glass broke. Put ajax and cleaning supplies in box upside down and unwrapped and as you can imagine it spilled all over everything. Broke our newer vacuum (missing pieces) and our Pilates machine is missing pieces. Hit walls with furniture and scrapped/scratched our new wood floors We have been told for almost 3 months the insurance company won't get back to them per Rickey- but the insurance company gives us the run around saying its Rickeys that has to decide what to do now- I would reconsider if using this company especially long distance. Photos taken of damage and Rickeys is still not taking responsibility. DO not stand behind their so-called warranty. It's been 4 months, and they STILL refuse to pay for the damage they caused. I would never advise to use this company- beware-

I had a great moving experience with Rickeys Gold Country Movers. Joseph and Sergio got it done quick, and were super friendly and overall great to work with. Next time I move I'll call Rickeys again!

Excellent service. Highly recommend. Jay, Chris and Julian worked well together. They had their work cut out for them and were not slackers. It took 2 trips with a fully loaded truck to move everything from a stacked up 1400 sq ft house, garage and shed. Everything was handled with care and placed where I requested in the new place. AW
