I have written 2 reviews in my life. The public deserves to know that this company should not receive your business. I have tried to set up a time to receive a bed from this company for 3 weeks. The inefficiency, lack of communication and attention to customer needs is sickening. For businesses, companies and personal endeavors: Choose a different delivery service.

I read all of the other reviews and was expecting the worst, I'm happy to say that I must have got the 'A' team. Both of the gentlemen that came were nice enough and very efficient at their job. I let them know that the carpet was a NO SHOE zone and he put on shoe booties to cover his shoes. I can't speak of other that have used this company, but I have nothing but positive things to say.

Worst company I've ever delt with.

If I could give a zero star review I would. This company is absolute trash. Our order has been at their facility for over a month now. Ordered through Onestopbedrooms and they were delivered to the facility in a timely manner however Ridol has completely dropped the ball....correction I don't even think that expression is worth giving considering I have yet to receive my order made over two months ago. If you can afford to not go through this company. PLEASE do....have not, will not and recommend and beg not to go through them ever. If I didn't have my own reputation to uphold and the fact that I don't have my product is keeping me from being even more brash/blunt than this review.
I hope this helps anyone considering using this company and better yet I hope it effects Ridol the way they deserve.
