Review:

I am happy to say that we didn't have the problems that other customers had.
We ordered a mattress set and Ridol Inc. was the delivery service they worked with.
Scheduling was really easy and they worked with our schedule.
The crew was professional and careful. Mike and Giovanni were the delivery crew.
They had to take a king size mattress and box springs up three flights of steps then take the old set down.
We're very detail oriented and notice everything so we were looking for issues but there weren't any.

Review:

Gave me a horrible window of delivery time & then after I made arrangements to have someone there for the delivery, they canceled delivery at the exact time they were supposed to show up. They could not (would not) confirm a re-delivery time either. Horrendous customer service. I canceled the product I purchased. If they use this delivery company, the product can't be much better.

Review:

These guys are terrible, rude, terrible set up call with no information that they won't actually touch any existing furniture so that they can extort you to move it, don't mention that they will leave it outside if they think it might not fit in the doorway. These people aren't the kind of people I even want in my neighborhood, let alone in my house

Review:

I would also like to add that they do not care about their customers and are not willing to work with the customer in order to make business right.The drivers are currently 30 minutes away from my house but their company won't let them turn around and try to bring me my furniture. Now I'm being charged a re delivery. Even though they did not take into consideration that I would not be home from work until 3:30. I am a teacher- I have zero sick days. I could not skip work. They could have better accommodated me and at least been nice and professional.

Review:

Took 2 months (and counting) to deliver my furniture. One of the pieces was damaged resulting in a re-delivery. Then they no-showed on the re-delivery. Avoid if possible.
