Zero stars!!!!!!!!! Is this even a real moving company? In short the movers were extremely unprofessional in handling my belongings which resulted in them damaging several pieces of furniture, (not to mention that they left my lamps on the truck and refused to drop them off to my home.) The foreman went as far as to yell at me saying that I have too much stuff and his language throughout the moving journey was pitiful. Slow in pace and low-skilled individuals. The staff refused to wear masks in my new building and was disrespectful to maintenance workers, the management office therefore banned the whole company from the premises. All in all I am still traumatized from this experience.

Horrible experience. Would give zero stars if possible. Absolutely unprofessional crew, treated our possessions and furniture with no care or respect at all. They arrived 3 hours late and never called, made up a story about getting a flat, then the whiny driver complained to us about there being no parking for them on our street in New York City! ? The untrained, obviously inexperienced, lazy guys wrapped our furniture by putting their tape DIRECTLY on the wood and then putting blankets and more tape on top - followed by sliding the furniture down the flight of stairs instead of carrying it. EVERY SINGLE PIECE has chips, dents or scratches, and THREE items were broken to the point of needing replacement. Boxes very clearly labeled FRAGILE were thrown, upside down into large wardrobe boxes UNDER other boxes, further showing no regard or respect for other people's possessions. Their unprofessional attitude and lack of training ruined our entire moving experience. They left behind all of their trash, plastic bottles and empty tape rolls along the sidewalk and the inside stairs of our building. I gave them ice pops because it was so hot out, and one of the guys left the melted sticky juice remnants and wrappers laying on a wood dresser, like a 2-year-old. At one point, the driver/crew chief (ha!) menacingly asked me if I had a plan in case everything didn't fit on the truck, blaming me for their lack of preparation and their sales department's lack of asking for measurements and information. They disassembled furniture and didn't reassemble it after moving us, didn't provide us with the shelf holder pins they removed, and left behind parts from their own drill further revealing the incredible unprofessionalism of this crew and company. Don't try to save a few buck with these guys, you'll end up paying for replacement items costing WAAAY more than you'll save. ZERO stars. Run. Don't do it. Horrible experience.

stay far away from this company. unprofessional, incompetent and really just a bad buisness. Terrible experience with these guys after they scratched my floors. Nobody calls you back or takes responsibility for there actions.If I could give it 0 stars I would because thats what they deserve!! The owner should be embarrassed of running a company this way
