the experience I had was literally awful!!! At the phone they did an estimated price based on my description, not even to bother coming on site and seeing in person the amount of work. So, in the middle of the moving they started to charge extra for everything, and , as you are in the middle , you can not say no, and so the price rises and rises. I won't recommend this company to anyone is not experienced in moving situations. The worst service I ever encountered in term of transparency and communication and of course price. They do not care about clients, it's just about tips and extra charges. Terrible. Not even one star. Zero.

If you are looking to make a move make sure you have cash on hand. This was not emphasized to then degree they needed to. Cash or postal money orders is rather specific and was not stressed enough. This created a hostage situation for my stuff on a Saturday where PObwere not available. Was given some BS about money orders from Walmart. Had to scrub through any and all cash I had and quite frankly?? Taking a payment from the same credit card I used to secure the move initially SHOULD HAVE BEEN SUFFICIENT.

Make sure you have all the dialogues. Don’t take reasonable honest behavior as a given.

Would I recommend Right Tough Movers to a friend? Yes.

Miles and Jada were helpful and clear with the quote, booking, and satisfying the building requirements for move in (the building was more demanding than any I have seen). They worked with me to find a time on very tight time frame and on a very busy moving day. Getting this completed with a reasonable quote was unexpected in a good way. The moving crew was punctual and finished the job under the time estimate. I was happy.

Two things that will make your move easier:
-Clarify payment method before your moving day. For my move they wanted cash paid to the moving crew the day of the move. Have the cash ready to reduce stress.
-If you quote a move for just boxes, have all small items in medium to large boxes that can roll on dollys.

Oscar, Frazier, and their crew did an awesome job for us! They were punctual, organized, thorough, and made us laugh during what would otherwise be a stressful situation. They packed and disassembled everything thoroughly. We are grateful for their professionalism and making a long tough day look easy. Also, Frazier was a key strong member of the team. Thanks to all! We’d definitely recommend!

The movers were very professional. They were competent, efficient and courteous.
I would use them again and I would recommend that anybody moving use this service
