They moved our office this week and we had a great experience. The crew was very nice and respectful. They knew what they were doing.
I recently had the pleasure of working with Rightsize Moving Solutions to help with an elderly parent’s move. From start to finish, the team at Rightsize Moving Solutions demonstrated outstanding professionalism, efficiency, and care.
Kirsten Awe and her team were incredibly responsive and accommodating throughout the entire process. They understood the sensitivity and emotional nature of the move and handled everything with the utmost care and respect. The move itself was executed flawlessly, ensuring a smooth transition for my mom.
What stood out most was their flexibility and attention to detail. They were ready to assist with additional tasks such as moving boxes to storage and making donation drop-offs, which showed their dedication to providing comprehensive support. Although we ended up not needing these additional services, the willingness and readiness to help were greatly appreciated.
The communication from Kirsten and her team was excellent. They kept us informed at every step, making sure we felt confident and comfortable with the arrangements. Their professional and friendly demeanor made the entire experience stress-free and positive.
I cannot recommend Rightsize Moving Solutions highly enough. If you are looking for a moving company that combines expertise, compassion, and exceptional service, look no further. Thank you, Rightsize Moving Solutions, for turning what could have been a challenging time into a seamless and pleasant experience.
Could Rightsize be the Wrong Move for you?
Here is a short review of my experience. These are things I would have wanted to know prior to making my decision to work with Rightsize.
My wife & I hired Rightsize to help us pack up our things for a move. We were in a bind to move out of state for a new job—so we needed the extra help.
Karen, the on-site coordinator was great and the moving team—Marcus & his crew—were solid.
Here’s the problem: The project estimate was $6,185 and we were told if we bought materials and helped with pre-packing we could get that number down (both of which we did). We paid a $300 deposit and when the project was done, we had a final bill of $6,506.
Even though the project was larger than anticipated, Karen and her crew finished in less hours than anticipated and she ensured me that the items I purchased and the fewer work hours spent should bring the total estimate down. The office manager also informed me that the project took less hours than anticipated, so my total will be less than the original $6,185 estimate.
However, the final bill was $6,506—even though the project finished under hours, I already paid a $300 deposit, and I provided packing materials to cut costs. I spoke with Karen on how to resolve some of these issues and she directed me to call the office to speak with Kirsten, the owner.
Kirsten was extremely difficult to get a hold of and adversarial in her interactions. In the end, my bill wasn’t below the $6,185 estimate—and Kirsten charged my credit card $6,506 without my consent.
Great company to work with! Highly recommend!
