They broke thousands of dollars of my belongings that cannot be replaced. I broke my arm 11/26/24 and have not even gone through all my boxes. Don’t let them move any China or expensive hand blown Christmas ornaments. They also broke my sewing machine as they put the case on its end instead of on its bottom. They put the hand blown ornaments and some of my China in with that sewing machine! Who does that?!

DO NOT USE THIS MOVING COMPANY!!! They are LIARS and SCAM ARTISTS! They will promise you one thing and unfortunately “deliver” the exact opposite. They will promise you all the things you want to hear and then once they have your money, nothing will be the same. On an already stressful moving day, a no name, blank, all white moving truck shows up with four men (and not one of them spoke English btw!) We had everything packed and ready to go, as well as labeled for either the storage unit or the apartment. They then took it upon themselves to box up our already packed items into larger wardrobe boxes and then had the gal to charge us for those! They never asked us if this is what we wanted and they also didn’t label the boxes so everything that we had separated/organized, got mixed up. We also paid an extra $65 for a tv box that we were promised was an actual box with padding inside to protect our large tv and instead of this, the movers RIPPED UP SMALLER CARDBOARD BOXES AND TAPED IT TOGETHER, IN PIECES, AROUND THE TV! As someone who paid a lot of money for this tv and specifically requested it be protected, we were disgusted by this! Once they were done loading the truck, they collected the second payment and let us know that the final payment would be much higher than quoted due to us having ‘extra’ stuff (which we didn’t). They proceeded to take our stuff and we could not reach them for over 6 hours! By time we heard back from them, they had just made it from Tucson to Phoenix (which only takes 90 minutes) so we felt it was very safe to assume they picked up more items from someone else on their way. While this is fine (moving companies work for many customers) our issue with this is that we had no way to prove that they only weighed our items. We were provided with ZERO documentation and again, we have no way to prove what our items weighed and whether or not the final amount was just our stuff. The best (aka worst) part of this whole process was that we were told we would have our items delivered to us within 2-4 days (we moved ONE state over) and it took them TEN DAYS to deliver our stuff! We kept calling the moving company and no one would give us the time of day! No one knew where our stuff was, when it would be delivered, no tracking info - NOTHING! Which is absolutely ridiculous! This is NOT how a company should treat its customers! Like I said in the beginning, this is just another SCAM and they will overcharge you! We paid triple the amount we were quoted and were completely blindsided by this. Not only was the amount three times higher, the last payment had to be IN CASH! Which is how they A. scam you yet again bc you can’t get your items until you pay and B. they don’t tell you until they arrive. This company is an absolute JOKE and they should be ashamed of themselves! We are entrusting them all of our personal and treasured property, and this is how they treat people?! Unbelievable. Do yourself a favor and rent a Uhaul because all of these moving companies are just a scam, especially Rigos!

I used this company through Ship Safe.Both companies Sck! I had 4 pieces of furniture and abt.15 medium, 3 lge.boxes.2 young boys came,packed up then charged an Xtra 450.00 saying I went over the limit of space they give..lol! Then called their boss to say,they got the XTRA 450 .I should have thrown them out immediately and called the cops! Thieves,in my opinion! Then all of my belongings weren't delivered, I believe they keep boxes of ppl stuff and sell it later!! It's pathetic business practice. They have 10,000 in insurance, but try to get anything for your stuff..forget it,don't try This company is The Worst!! Do not use them unless you Don't want your sht.SAFE SHIP BROKERS OUT THIS COMPANY, so I guess they don't care about their reputation either

My family and I moved from Arizona to North Carolina. Rigos and his team showed up and saw that my son and I were very tired. They offered extra assistance to help us pack the last few rooms. They were fast and efficient. The best part was that they arrived two hours before we did and waited for us to move into our new home. I would definitely recommend them, and their prices were reasonable.

Horrible customer service. Horrible company all around the board, do not use them for any services. I had packages lost and items damaged, tried to get into contact with them to resolve the issue and they would screen the calls coming in. I would not get any response or answer from Anna, but when I would use a different number to call them, they would answer but offer no assistance. Still waiting for a refund of some sort due to the damaged and lost items, many of the lost items are unreplaceable newborn baby memorabilia.
