BEWARE!!!!

Were beyond pissed, they quoted one price and then raised it another $1700 saying some items were not added to the quote, the delivery drivers got snarky with us over the payment, then when we started going through boxes we discovered over 20 boxes of our items missing, including fine crystal, 4 large boxes of dishes, a Kirby vacuum.

When we called them they had the audacity to yell at my wife and call us liars, to date 3 months later they still have fixed anything, call us back or even attempted to fix it.

Review:

Always add charges including for a smaller vehicle even when told a tractor trailer wouldn't work.. Also broke 2 antique chairs and wanted to settle for $12 each..

Horrendous. Absolute joke.

Lost a part of my daughter’s crib, broke a tv and just about half our kitchen supplies.

Guys packing the stuff were great, not sure what happened after that.

Zero stars, don’t use.

Review:

After multiple consultation and planning calls in where we went through each individual item to be packed and also # of boxes...upon arrival I was told one of my largest pieces of furniture was unaccounted for and of course, charged more than the agreed quote in order to move the item.
After a cross country move, I had 2 items that were broken somewhere between packing and transit, including a $350 computer monitor that was unusable and cracked in the corner, and also the feet to a couch/sofa that well exceeded $1000 which were both broken upon arrival.

After filing the insurance claim, I was told I would be paid a total of $40 to cover $1500+ in damaged property as their model of insurance that is insuring $0.60/pound (which to my fault I did not read fine print, but to their fault, was proposed as full item coverage).
I would highly recommend finding another moving company. One that is more up front and professional in their business.
