They were professional, cleanot and very careful. Extremely pleased!

We had four movers and they all took their sweet time. My mirror was broken (found a few days later) as they didn’t say anything and just hid the broken part behind some other wall hanging in the corner of my living room. They used a box clearly labeled “XBOX” as a door stopper. They broke the screen door to our new home. AND they got argumentative when I asked them to bring a few more boxes up from the basement. We paid over $2,200 and the service was absolutely awful. I’d give it zero stars if I could. Would highly recommend you DON’T use this moving service.

North American moving company was professional and respectful in all phases of this move. The site coordinator answered all my questions in a timely (fast) manner. The move coordinator called to keep me updated on dates and times throughout the move. All belongings were delivered in the same condition as they were prior to the move... this I was very happy about. The delivery driver at drop off was professional, respectful, and showed care with our belongings and house. I would recommend this company and plan on using again. I gave it four stars because there was an issue with an item due to miscommunication but the company remedied immediately. Great job!
