My fiance had called to schedule a moving date, the rep initially was helpful and said we pay the day of the move (which we thought was strange because how could we be sure we are locked in?). He then calls a few days before to confirm the move date and no one answers, so he leaves a message. No one calls him back, so I try to call and no response. Unfortunately, we had to go with another moving company because of this. We wish we had the same quality experience as everyone else.

Owner Joe gave me a great customer service experience when I called about moving my daughter from an apartment to her new condo in Florence on 2/19/20. He was very attentive to my questions and answered my concerns fully. The 3 guys came on time, we had 2 stops to pick up her furniture, plus stairs up to her condo...they were TERRIFIC! All items arrived in her new home, placed where directed with no breakage or scratches and within the time frame we requested. The guys were respectful of us and her belongings, something I was very pleased to see. I highly recommend Joe and his crew. Price was great and will recommend to any friends that must move.

Excellent job! I needed to move in one day and confirmed the date literally two days before that. Rite Move were flexible, asked reasonable price, did not have any ridiculous price conditions, were perfectly on time and load/unload everything lightning fast. Very easy to work with! Definitely my first choice for the next move.

Thought the 5 star reviews of Rite Move might be too good to be true, but I gave them a chance for a small apartment move from Bucks county to a storage facility in Hamilton. They did not disappoint. Got a quote from the owner which was a range based on the furniture to be wrapped and moved (no boxing of smalls) which was reasonable. They called a day or two before to confirm the move. The polite, two man team came within the hour time frame given, promptly and carefully wrapped and moved the furniture to the storage facility. Ultimate cost was the low end of the quote. I’d definitely use these guys again. Very satisfied.
