Riverside Mini Storage

VERY RUDE, DISRESPECTFUL STAFF THEY DONT CARE HOW THEY TREAT ANYONE.THEY CLAIM THEY CONTACT YOU ABOUT YOUR ACCT AND THEY DO NOT THEY JUST LET IT GO NO CONTACT WHAT SO EVER.AND THEY JUST LET YOUR THINGS GO TO AUCTION. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS BUSINESS TO ANYONE.

The management staff has always been accommodating & has kept me informed of other units my family occupy, so as to prevent adverse actions. I am very concerned about the security at this time, as there is a gate inside the grounds that doesn't lock and leads to an area behind the eastern most units, and even more concerning is the well worn path that I discovered outside that gate. Additionally, the new section recently constructed with the RV UNITS is now accessible from the family unit section, however, the fence on the north size of the new section is nowhere near tall enough to keep undesirables out. I've got a medium sized dog at home who's cleared a higher fence while in pursuit of a cat.

Management please assess these issues and resolve them, I've been there a year and a half and am not anxious to relocate to another facility.......

Note: prior to my knowledge of these security issues I referred many people to your facility. I know you have a dog that roams the grounds after closing, however, with the large new addition and the short fence that was erected on the far north side, I think you are inviting trouble by not keeping the facility fence secure at the aforementioned gate & Not maintaining the fence height at 6'5', as it is at the main entrance

They used to have a great manager, but now they have one that lies, and cheats you out of your money, Don't trust her. She overcharges everyone.
