Bad experience!!!?

Thank you Allison and the service department! Traveling cross country when I had a tire blowout. We were well taken care of and they got us safely back on the road. Excellent service!

My husband took his pick up there,they flushed his transmission after stating that the transmission should not be flushed and that cost him a new transmission and all kinds of 'damages' they found. Took it to someone else and they fixed what riverview broke and couldn't find the faults that riverview quoted extra. This year we took the boat to their powersports department,after telling them that we just needed a diagnosis and that if it is going to cost more than what they quoted, they should give us a call first. A month went by with no word and the guy called eventually telling us that they completely tore the lower unit apart,they put more work into it than what was quoted and it will also cost us more for them to put it back together again in the same way they found it. He told us it will only take 40 minutes to get a diagnosis and quoted us on that,but then took it on himself to put more than 3 hours of work into it after we stated to just do what they quoted us on and not more since we have a tight budget. The guy was rude and started raising his voice after I explained that I am not happy with them not calling us first to discuss it before charging us just as they see fit. If I could give a zero star review,I would.

Knowledgeable parts staff. Found the parts I was looking for.
