Great business very good company to us for moving services!

Had a pretty unprofessional move. Called them 3 times just to confirm they knew where to go and what they were doing. Day of, they still don't know where the furniture was going.

After the service was completed, we ended up paying an extra $200 service charge because they did not consider the drop-off location at all.
FYI the service charge was supposedly for 2 extra hours drive time. That equates to $85 x 2, so we overpaid that service fee as well. Had to ask 4-5 times for the actual breakdown until it was given to me.

Overall, the price was typical, but due to the poor communication and lack of organization, we were actually just concerned throughout.

Great price compared to any and every other company.
