Traumatized from this out of state move. Use caution when receiving a quote, never pay up front. Everything that can go wrong DID. Lack of professionalism on all levels. Even showed up for the prepaid move without a truck. Did not deliver my household belongings and abandoned at a UHaul 305 miles from the destination, demanding additional money to pay for his expenses back home. The contents of truck that was packed by “supposed moving professionals with years of experience” was a nightmare. I am a newly retired senior and still recovering after 2 weeks having to deal with all of this.
**Was going to let this go, however based on exhaustive response full of inaccuracies and threat to send 600 dollars to collection( no signed contract just verbal demand) I will be seeking legal action against your LLC.
