We used Union with our most recent move because we had such a great experience when we moved for a new job opportunity with Mission Hospital. Mission is one of Union's larger accounts, so we got their best service. Unfortunately, we had quite a different experience when we paid out of pocket. Three people showed up to load the truck, but one got angry at the supervisor and left. This left only two people to load a 2500 sq ft home. When it came time to unload, again, only two individuals. Both were very nice, respectful and apologetic for the lack of help. One of the individuals was not in the best of health which left the majority of the work to the other. Obviously, we ended up with pretty significant damage. My husband contacted Union to give them the opportunity to make it right and was told there was nothing they could do. After spending upwards of $10,000, one would expect better customer service. Very disappointed.

Highly recommend! Handled a double move from small, historic urban street to mountains. Delicate antiques were treated with care and arrived without any issues. Wayne provided solid recommendations from the start, and Johnny executed both moves with professionalism and care. Good communication throughout, on schedule, greatly helpful. A good team to have on our side!
