Don't be fooled by the overall rating...look at the most recent reviews! Wagoner Moving Company was purchased in 2022 by RLD Logistics and has gone from 5 stars to 1 star according to many people including myself. Wagoner moved us in 2021 with nearly perfect service but when we hired them again in 2023, our move was a complete disaster. Workers showed up hours late on 2 of the 3 days but we were still charged for the time they were not present. They left stains on freshly cleaned carpet in our new home, backed up our septic system when using our toilet and left a window open overnight in freezing cold weather. In addition to damaged furniture and numerous lost items, they boxed things in a haphazard manner sometimes without using any packing material. Placed many heavy boxes clearly labelled 'kitchen' and 'office' in the basement so we had to carry items one-by-one up the steps while unpacking. Left my computer in the moving van overnight after unloading everything. When they delivered it the next day, the keyboard and mouse were missing and it took hours to find it packed in an unlabeled box of living room items. The final bill was $1000 over the estimate adding insult to injury. The president of the company was very rude when addressing my written complaint and would not take responsibility or reimburse us for anything except the 3 hours charged that were not actually worked and a couple of plastic bins that were written on in permanent ink. Nothing else was remedied or reimbursed and I had to state that I would file a complaint with the PUCO to even get that little bit of compensation many months after the move! The new owner and his employees from RLD do not care about their customers at all! What a shame that this reputable family company (and the Wagoner name) was sold to RLD.

Helped my friend unpack- her lamp was taken apart into three pieces and all three were in different boxes. Things destroyed, jewelry missing, missing Christmas presents, books torn and they wrapped her shoes in …new white towels. They refuse to have a manager call her and keep ‘taking her info’ and no one calls her back. Avoid at all costs
