The movers dropped furniture, broke furniture, marked walls, gouged woodwork, ruined material.....we submitted a claim and were denied.....a rep was on site and knew first hand what happened

I would rate lower if possible. Business severely underestimated my move resulting in my having to pay nearly 50% over quote for a job only complete two-thirds of the way. I had to call twice into the office to gain any attention for crew who was consistently stopping work to play on their phone and watch videos. Movers allowed unauthorized trepasser onto my property who stayed for 20 minutes. I took this to BBB and company lied about what work was completed. Beware - I was left having to hire a second company to vacate my property and end result was paying double the quote.

Paid a great deal of money to have them store our furniture for 6 months. They LOST an 8' couch, broke items, lost (stole) tools and refused to take responsibility for damaged chairs. Paid a pittance for our items after months of us asking for resolution. STAY AWAY! How do you lose a couch??

This was how they had moved our furnitures from upstairs to the basement. They were paid by the hours, and completely rushed through it. The manager had to have the workers come back to put my dresser right side up on the concrete garage, and also unstack the mess that they did. Needless to say, there were extensive damages to the furnitures, and walls that cost thousands of dollars. I filed a claim only to received a check for $399.00 because standard coverage is just .60 cent/pound ( and they did not come out to weight them either). In addition, they said they will turn over the wall damages to their insurance company, and I never heard back from them. Now I will have to file at small claims court. Do not use them.
