RMJ Moving and Storage

We are having a horrible experience with this Company. Wrong Price Quote, Supposed to send me pictures of my faults 4 weeks ago, No one is responding to my calls and voice mail to pay my bill 7 days.

Worst move ever. I would not recommend them.
My furniture was damaged moving one block and I still accent get a response about the claims process.

Unbelievably bad customer service. We scheduled a truck through Budget approximately a month and a half ago. We received a call literally 15 minutes before our pickup time this morning saying that the truck was not available. This was for a cross-country move for which we have hotel reservations already made along the way. Our movers are on location ready to pack. On top of the inconvenience, when we attempted to ask for solutions the person who called us told us it wasn't her fault because she had been on vacation and then hung up on us. Even if very little could have been done, an apology would have been the bare minimum expected.

I sent a request online, I received a call from Robert. He asked me all the particular questions about my move. I told him he gave me a flat.

The crew arrived the next day according to schedule. The two man team of Justin and Roland were America's Finest. They were extremely professional. Justin asked me if he could use the bathroom, he informed me that my wallet was on the sink. How's that for integrity. I advise the team that my dresser had preexisting damage from a previous move that I was going to glue once I got into my new home. I looked around a Justin had his drill and a couple of wood screws and repaired it in 2 seconds. He cared enough to go beyond the call of duty. RMJ EXCEEDED MY EXPECTATIONS. MY PRAYER IS THAT THEY PROSPER WELL PASS UHAUL AND ALL OTHERS.
