Completely unprofessional, the woman tried to scam me and charge for cleaning and non-existent damage. Do a final inspection even if she claims to be too busy. Make sure you document the time you return the equipment because she won't answer the door until you're late returning it.

I've bought two from them with no issues. Quick and easy. Even delivered them and set them where I wanted.

How are these people even in business? They never answer the phone, don't return messages, and if you go out there personally, the door is locked, so you knock and they answer as if 'what do YOU want' and treat you like you have the plague. Worst customer oriented business I've ever seen.

Very helpful great with helping fix a little hiccup . Had a great attitude.
