RoadRunner Auto Transport

I’ll recommend 10 wonderful wonderful no problems kept me updated when they got close. They gave me a call. They was on time courteous 10 out of 10.

Tracking was never updated, they had no information for me any time I called to ask about the transport of my vehicle. When the “driver” showed up to load my vehicle he was barely able to drive it, as I had to guide him on the trailer, I even offered to load it myself because he was struggling so much. Please if you see this just keep looking. Paid entirely too much for way too sloppy of a job.

They do not stand behind their service. Promise to deliver to an address and then do not. They don't call to make other arrangements. They called me to take delivery of the vehicle on the side of a busy highway during rush hour traffic. Completely unsafe and unprofessional. When I called to complain no one called me back. I called back again was told they can't do anything about. Beware. Terrible customer service.
