They lie, wont deliver your car. A week later had to get my refund. Ridiculous.

Easy to schedule. Just a bit stressful on the elderly couple coming in a day early and at night for delivery, but all worked out.

DO NOT ISE THIS COMPANY. My automobile was not delivered within the 3-5 days. On the 5th day I received text messages stating that the car was being delivered that day. The car was not delivered. The company did not call, email or text me to inform me that my car was not being delivered on the day that was stated on the contract. The ignorant, unprofessional man that answered my call was rude, refused to give me his name and basically stated that I would get my car whenever they brought it to me and went on to say that he was too busy to call and let me know that there was delay. They could taking cars driving them around and there is nothing you can do because they have your car. NEVER AGAIN

Scheduling was easy & the driver was meticulous and courteous; plus the car arrived early and 100% great.

After booking my car to be transported by this company, there were a few hiccups that could have been avoided by more communication that was lacking.
The ongoing transportation information was extremely hard for me to understand where the car was at, during the transport, the information was always very late coming to my emails, sometimes a day late.
The price point that was stated as the actual price was just an estimate, that was not verbalized to me at the beginning of the booking, so it was upcharged to me later on as per a phone call I received.
When the car was delivered, the driver wasn’t aware that it was paid for previously, days before it was delivered , so for these reasons and a few I left off this review is why the low rating.
