RoadStar Moving

I recently used RoadStar to move from BCS to Florida and it was a great experience! The owner was easy to get ahold of when I had questions either by phone or email. He helped me estimate my inventory as our household goods had been packed and in storage for a couple months. His estimate was very conservative (which I appreciated) and a fair price consistent with other estimates I received. At the end I did not have any issues with the labor hours being charged (which I’ve had happen previously with another mover) and my final price ended up being below the estimate. On loading day, they not only loaded up our storage unit containing the bulk of our items, but also traveled to 3 other locations in CS belonging to family members that were storing random things that did not fit in our storage unit. I was worried about finding a mover willing to do that, and it was no problem for RoadStar. Three gentleman helped me load up and they were the same three gentleman who drove my goods to Florida and unloaded. They were on time, and very nice and courteous. They never stopped working from the time they showed up to the time they were finished! They also were very careful and respectful of any items I had specific instructions about. None of our household goods were damaged or broken during the move. They stayed to set up beds and my washing machine. They even moved furniture around for me as I was trying to get things semi-in place before unpacking. I would definitely recommend using them!

The best moving company that I have ever dealt with, and I've moved a lot! The owner is a gracious and competent professional and made everything so easy. The crew of four were all well-mannered, friendly, and efficient; very impressive staff. I highly recommend RoadStar - you will enjoy your move.
