Their expertise in multi-level home moves was clear from the start. A top-tier service for complex spaces!
I was quite impressed with how smoothly my apartment relocation went. The movers handled everything, including packing, hauling, and unloading. They were meticulously organized, precisely identifying boxes and carefully wrapping fragile stuff. The loading operation was completed quickly and without damage. Unpacking at the new place was straightforward because they helped me arrange everything precisely where I wanted it. I could not have asked for better service.
With our house expansion project completed, the movers assisted us in relocating everything from storage to our new addition. They worked around the new construction to avoid scratches and damage. They were thorough and efficient.
First of all, I would never recommend this company. They say that they have an A÷ rating in the BBB Which is the total lie, because they have an A= rating. Mrs Lauren Garcia Will sweet talk talk you in telling you that they are a company. I do not explain how because the movers that came to my apartment didn't have the campany logo And came in a rental truck. I was charged for materials that were mine. So, I canceled the check. Because I was very annoyed to be charged for my own plastic wrap. I was also charged $80 for 18 rolls of tape, which I did not see that they use them all. The first 30 days of storage are free. But then they will harass you to charge you monthly $400 And threaten you with late fees.Mrs.Lauren Garcia wrote to me an email that she would personally track my boxes that to rest assured that I would have a smooth move. Which I can prove with the emails that she had written to me. Their moves are based on miles due to circumstances out of my control. I did not move to Florida, so that changed to a local move. They did not want to make any adjustments in the billing. I had everything sent to a storage unit. In liberty wrote, because I could not keep on paying them $400 This lady also stated that my belongings were stored a secure place. Upon delivery, the dispatcher named Alfonse told me that I had to pay $150 to the driver upon delivery for the canceled check. What does a driver our subcontracted company have to do if I cancel check?
I emailed the manager, Rachel Hills, and no response. They are quick to take your money.But when you have issues .They do not bother to answer. They state that they are a company, but they act like brokers because no one that picks up nor delivers has the company logo and the shirt nor the trucks.. I have not finished counting my boxes because stayed through everything like if it were worthless.One of my boxes had the dishwayre that I had purchased in u haul And the guy literally threw the box, so there goes my dishware. I have not gotten any response from the company to where I have to find a claim. How is it possible if everything is stored in one place that they lose a box?
That they put a label on it, which is very small. I am going to file a complaint everywhere. I can because I am not content with their service Everything I have has costed me hard work, so some company like them, treat my belongings as they were worthless again. Why would I have to pay a driver for a canceled check? When I canceled the check to the company, not to the driver, I think I was paying for the truck rental. Oh, and to summarize it all, they all work remotely because they do not have an office. Do not be fooled by them. Today, October 28th I took the cover off the headboard because my my furniture was in another storage. These employees are so irresponsible that they dropped my bed and they did not take the cover. Also I could not see that it was broken. Do not hire them. They are totally worthless the last two pictures are how they delivered the headboard to me, and they hit it behind the mattresses, so I could not see it totally dishonest and dishonorable people and Lauren Garcia told me that she would personally take care of my items that they would arrive smoothie. She is also a liar, a woman without no word.And the manager doesn't even bother answering the phone.Mrs rachel Hills what do you have to say for yourself? Or the cheap employees that you hire?They probably don't even have green cards

This will be a long review, but here are the main highlights:
-They will change your pick-up date multiple times
-They want YOU to pay for any inconvenience that they cause
-They do not care about canceling your pickup two days before, even if you have a reservation a month in advance.
-Based on previous reviews, they have done the same thing with other customers
-The company leaves rude replies to customers that they wronged
-The staff loves to gaslight customers
-Whenever they have a problem, they will not call you first. You have to call them first, and they spring something on you
-Did not factor in my reservation when making the driver routes
Please do not book with this company; it will be a total mess. My order was supposed to be picked up from Texas and delivered to DC in late August. I made my reservation a month in advance, in late July. While on the phone with my specific dispatch representative, Alfonso, he confirmed that this company would be able to pick up my things. I repeatedly confirmed with him that this was possible since my co-worker used them with her move. Everything was great until over a week before my move. They were supposed to pick up my things between Wednesday and Saturday (I gave them a big window because I knew the pickup person had to come through my area). A week before my pickup window, I called to ask a quick question. Alfonso then sprung this surprise on me. He asked if they could pick up my stuff a week early because the driver would be in my area. I informed Alfonso that this could not happen because I had yet to begin packing and worked full-time, so I could not have everything packed up on short notice. He tried to convince me to have them pick it up sooner and that I should add the pack-up service. I asked if this service would be waived, and he said no. I finally told him it would be impossible for me to be ready for pick up on such short notice, and I had a specific budget for moving that I wanted to stay within. He said okay and that my things would be picked up the following week.
On the Tuesday of the following week (one day before my pick-up window began), I called to ask a quick question again, and all of a sudden, Alfonso told me that they couldn't pick up my stuff that week! I informed him that it had to be picked up before that Saturday because I was turning in my apartment keys that morning, then driving 10 hours back home to Florida Saturday afternoon and catching a flight on that Monday. Therefore, my things needed to be picked up before I left Texas. I am not from Texas, and I do not have family there. I was only there for a year for work. Alfonso then asked me if I could keep my stuff in the apartment after I turned in the keys, and they MIGHT pick it up the following week. My apartment told me it would be a $300 month-to-month fee, and I would have to pay prorated rent for the days my things stayed in the apartment. I told him about it, and he asked his manager, who said they would only take off $300 from my reservation but would have to pay the prorated rent. Which would be a minimum of $600 if they picked it up earlier the following week! He then told me he would call me the following day regarding pick-up. I called when they opened, and Alfonso said, 'Yeah, he can't pick it up on time.'
Alfonso did not care whatsoever!!!! None of them care!! THEY NEVER APOLOGIZED TO ME FOR BACKING OUT DAYS BEFORE I LEFT THE STATE OF TEXAS FOR GOOD!!!!! They failed even to consider my reservation when making their routes; they forgot about me as a customer and expected me to pay for the consequences. So unprofessional, and Alfonso did not care whatsoever; he was probably happy that my reservation was canceled. Do not book with this company; they will forget about you and expect you to spend your life savings on their mistake!!!! I booked with U-Haul, and they were amazing! Consider U-Haul or anything else!
