I had a fabulous experience with Robb and Messer Moving & Storage and North American Van Lines. I recently made a cross-country move and selected Robb and Messer after contacting several moving companies. From the moment the estimator arrived at my door to load day, transit and delivery, the experience went smoothly. Even when all my items wouldn’t fit on the truck due to the other loads already on the truck, Luis (my move coordinator) arranged for another small truck to pick up the rest of my things within 30 minutes of the moving van leaving. The drive crew were also wonderful! They arrived on time on load day, were friendly and professional, treated my belongings very carefully and made what could have been a stressful experience very pleasant.
