Had them move me end of January. Left a lot of things hehind for me to move myself. Left my dog out to roam the streets. Never moved my frozen food coolers, which I couldn't get from the new owner for 3 days. Filed a claim, called several times and never got a return phone call. Would not use them again.
Cellitti is a wonderful company to work with. I just used them for a third time for a move, as my wife and I moved into a house. We had our move day set for MLK Day, but there were frigid temperatures in the forecast. They had tried to reschedule, but when I said it wouldn't be convenient, they came anyway and the move couldn't have been any smoother. The guys worked fast, were very nice, and offered some tips for us to move furniture. Would highly recommend to anyone.
We had Cellitti move a piano for us. Their prices are very reasonable for the quality work they do. The crew did a exceptional job. They were very professional and curtious. They were very efficient. Again a great job, I would highly recommend them. Thanks for making a this move a good experience.
We have used Cellitti for three moves now and in the past we were very satisfied. This past summer we used them for the last time. First off, they showed up and did not have a large enough truck because the job was quoted incorrectly. The workers had a terrible attitude right from the start and kept blaming the gentlemen who came out to do the walk around before the move. Next, they were not motivated at all to get the job done. The entire move took twice as long as we were quoted and it was only a 3 mile move. Finally, the main reason we will not be using this company again is because of damage that was done to our walls and more importantly our hardwood floors. They did send someone out to fix the holes in the walls, but I ended up having to do it again myself because the patchwork was very noticeable. When they sent someone to look at the floor damage we were told that it would be too extensive of a job for them to fix what had been done and that he wasn’t comfortable because of the rare wood that we have in the house. He was to talk to Cellitti and get back to us. That was six months ago and we have heard nothing from anyone including any offer to make this right for us. I understand that damage can happen when moving, but the way that it has been handled by the moving company is unprofessional and speaks to their lack of concern for their customers.
