As a professional office we've used this company several times for attempted repossession cases. In these instances, the Miami Dade Sheriff's Office sets the date and time of the repossession and we have to have the moving company on site at that date and time to attempt to move the repossessed item.

After prior jobs, Robert Williams would bill our office and we would bill the client for the services. As soon as our client issued payment for the services, the moving company was paid. This typically occurred within 30 days, though one time it was approximately 45 days due to the holiday season. The management at Robert Williams were EXTREMELY rude in these situations, calling our office nearly every day to 'collect' their $300 fee.

Most recently, this company failed to show up to a repossession, resulting in a likely 6 month delay to our client. This level of unprofessionalism, including the verbal abuse suffered by our office when we called to schedule the pick up, is unparallelled. Robert Williams has been paid by our office for every single service rendered. I would never recommend them to any one who is looking for a pleasant, professional working relationship with a moving company. There are a lot of different businesses in town and we will be using one of them in the future.
